MS의 새로운 인터페이스 연구

MS가 메릴랜드 대학과 함께 2~5인치, 176x220~ 800x600픽셀 해상도에서 향후 사용될 새로운 인터페이스를 개발 중이라고 CHI conference에서 밝혔다. 한손의 엄지로만 구동을 할 수 있게 하는 인터페이스로 Applens와 Launchfile이라는 2가지 다른어프로치로 진행중이다. " The AppLens interface uses a tabular fish-eye approach to provide integrated access to and notification for nine applications. The second, called LaunchTile, uses pure zooming within a landscape of 36 applications to accomplish the same goals. " 유저 친화적 인터페이스라는 것은 물 위에 떠 있는 백조의 모습은 우아하지만, 물 밑의 물갈퀴는 바빠야 됨을 의미한다.앞으로 SW분야에서 남은 고부가가치 영역이다. [Engadget]
